Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations and booking changes are subject to the conditions shown during the booking process and outlined in our cancellation policy.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
- The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking. Unregistered visitors are not permitted to use the apartment or Port Royale facilities.
- As required by Spanish law, all guests aged 14 and above must complete the required online check in and identity registration before arrival. Failure to complete this process may result in delayed check in or refusal of access to the property.
- Guests must comply with all community and complex rules applicable within Port Royale. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination of the stay without refund.
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval and must never be left unattended in the apartment.
- To help avoid pests common in warm climates, guests must dispose of household waste regularly using the designated bins within the complex. Leaving rubbish inside the apartment or on terraces for extended periods is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of fraud, illegal activity, violation of house or community rules, or failure to comply with legal guest registration requirements.
- Local legal obligations may require us to collect and store certain guest information for registration with Spanish authorities.
